However, 1st be sure that you’ve got the seal on such that it is smooth and flush against your skin and not folded back on itself as this will cause it to pinch. This will often relax the rubber significantly. As a last resort measure your wrist circumference, lightly wrap a measuring tape or string around slimmest part of wrist -- don't pull tight,you can according to trim line trim your seals to fit .
